What you will not find on this page
Some madrassa systems advertise a low headline price, then charge extra for the things you actually need day to day. We do not do that — the price you see is the price you pay.
- No adverts in your madrassa’s system
- MadarisHub is never ad-supported. Your staff, parents and students never see adverts, and there is no fee to remove them.
- No paid add-ons for everyday features
- Attendance, safeguarding, payments, messaging, reports and the parent portal are all included in both plans. There is no premium tier holding a feature back.
- No per-teacher or per-parent charges
- Add as many staff, parents and guardians as your madrassa needs. Only your student count decides your plan.
- No long contracts
- Monthly rolling. Your first month is free, and you can cancel at any time — your data stays exportable.
Onboarding & migration
A one-off £75 covers white-glove onboarding: we set up your organisation, configure your classes and fees, and move your existing records across from paper or your current system. We often waive it — ask when you get in touch.
Pricing questions
- What happens when we go over 100 students?
- You move from Core to Plus (£50 per month). Nothing else changes — you already had every feature. We will tell you when you are close rather than switching you silently.
- Are payment fees included?
- MadarisHub does not add any transaction fee. Fees are collected through your own GoCardless or Stripe account and paid directly to you, so you pay only your provider’s standard rate.
- Is there a setup fee?
- A one-off £75 onboarding and migration fee, which we often waive. Your first month of the subscription is free either way.
- Can we try it before committing?
- Yes. Your first month is free and the plan is monthly rolling, so there is nothing to commit to up front. Get in touch and we will set you up.
